Ahmed is a property and urban development professional and a branding specialist. Taleb holds a master’s degree in property development from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia and has more than 12 years of experience in the field. Additionally, he is the regional partner in the Gulf for Interstate Creative Partner (a London-based branding consultancy) and runs the commercial side of a Bahrain-based engineering practice. Alongside his interest in urbanism, architecture, public realm and place-making, Taleb was a co-founder of Khosh Hosh in 2012/3 (a grassroots initiative which focuses on productive dialogue about the built environment and quality of life in Bahrain). Khosh Hosh collaborates and participates with art and cultural institutions on community and art project initiatives, including talks, lectures and conceptual art installations.
