EXPLORATION SESSIONS
To develop and provide the relevant knowledge, tools,
and resources for the creative economy, Nuqat hosts roundtable-format ‘Exploration Sessions’ around the region. These exploration sessions join various academics, professionals, intellectuals, creatives, designers, and others to tackle a variety of issues of the creative economy. Nuqat Exploration Sessions present a unique and collaborative environment, enabling the exchange of ideas, providing opportunities for new collaborations and a chance to delve in possibilities for the future of the creative economy.

IN.Dig.Go is a program that adopts an educational methodology known as STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) to educate children, ages 6-11, the Four Cs (Critical thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity)


BENCHMARKING

CULTURAL VIBRANCY
Cultural Vibrancy in Arab Cities was produced under the exclusive sponsorship of the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and with the support of the UAE Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development (MCKD).
This research focuses on mapping out two indicators that define the cultural vibrancy across 12 Arab cities. The indicators are the cultural infrastructure and the innovation clusters.
SOCIAL IMPACT INDEX
An index developed by Nuqat and Strategy& and that is suited to the local business and social environment that can be used to quantify the social benefits associated with various projects and initiatives.


POWERING THE CREATIVE ECONOMY
Nuqat developed surveys in collaboration with the World Bank Group. The collaboration was part of a broader World Bank Group engagement with the Kuwait National Fund for SME Development, initiated in 2013. The current engagement focuses on institutional development and implementation support and takes a holistic approach in supporting the development of a SME ecosystem in the country.
